Order tracking details

Soon after your order has been placed, you will receive a shipment confirmation email that includes tracking information.

Processing

Please allow 2-5 business days for our team to process your order. Orders received after 2 PM will be processed on the next business day.

Cyprus

We deliver our products across all cities in Cyprus using our own delivery courier. Deliveries are made either to your space or to our showrooms.

 

  • Orders are processed and shipped only on business days (Monday – Friday) excluding holidays.
  • Delivery is typically completed within 3 working days of placing your order.
  • We offer free standard direct delivery shipping on orders over €100.

International Shipping

We currently offer delivery to all over the world.

  • For international orders it would be preferable to send an email to unique@hotmail.com so that we can inform you accordingly about the shipping costs, which include the weight and size of the shipment.

Additional Information

  • Once processed, international orders delivered via standard Postal Service typically arrive within 3 to 4 weeks, but the exact delivery time may vary depending on the service selected and the destination country.
  • International orders delivered via expedited shipping typically arrive within 3-7 business days.
  • We strive to ensure timely delivery; however, we are not responsible for delays due to factors beyond our control, including, but not limited to, carrier or customs delays. If a delay occurs, we will use our best endeavours to inform you by communicating relevant shipping delay updates.
  • For delays, please contact us in our email.
  • If no one is available when your parcel arrives, the carrier will leave a notice with instructions for picking up your order or rescheduling delivery.
  • Deliveries will not be made on public holidays. In such cases, your order will arrive on the next business day.
  • Customers are responsible for any local customs duties. We cannot take responsibility for customs clearance delays, though we will try to minimise any potential delays.
  • Legal title to the product purchased will pass to you upon shipment of your order. Risk in the product will remain with us until it is delivered to you at the address specified when placing your order.

Lost or damaged orders

Should an order be seized or abandoned due to certain circumstances, we will not be able to retrieve the order and you may not be refunded for your purchase. These circumstances include, but are not limited to: (i) failure to provide required customs documents, (ii) refusal to pay customs duties, or (iii) attempts to deliver were unsuccessful, and you were unreachable.

If your order arrives damaged, please email us at eshop.unique@hotmail.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged item. We address these cases individually and will work with you towards a satisfactory resolution.

Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re unhappy for any reason, see our Refund Policy in our ‘Cancellations and Returns’ policy (link to Refund Policy).

  • If your order benefited from an offer / sale , we do not accept product returns. If you change your mind and no longer want your order, we do not issue refunds. Instead, you must choose and purchase something else. Alternatively, the amount will remain as an outstanding balance in your account, which you can use for future purchases.
